The making of the Doctors Bag by Joy

Wow we had a great day yesterday making the Doctors Bag with Joy from Joy Patch.
The ladies were all fired up and ready to go at 9.30 and some of them were still sewing away at 5pm.
It was a nice day and Joy is always good with the details and ways to get around fiddly bits on great quilting and patchwork projects. Thanks Joy.

Betty has recently been to Peru on a textile tour and bought in some very very precious embroideries the first one she has done after a class she took.

This beautifully detailed embroidery she bought from a market isn't the detail just amazing.
