Circle Retreat

Last weekend we had our annual visit to the Circle Retreat in Buderim.  Such a wonderful venue to relax and enjoy sewing with friends.

Such a lovely secluded location with stunning views.

All set up and ready to start stitching.

Off we go!

Here are our two visitors who seemed to know exactly when it was breakfast, lunch and dinner time.

Christine's stack of triangles ready to make into hexagons for a one block wonder.

Julie with her log cabin quilt.

Kim with her Judy Niemeyer quilt.

One of the sewing tables.  As you can see we had great lighting.

Libby piecing half square triangles.

Christine with a machine embroidered quilt.

Deb sewing strips.

Here they are!

Angela foundation piecing flying geese.

Patsy cutting her brights for a picnic quilt.

Helen making bags.

Taking a break from stitching.  Oh it's a hard life!!!!

Patsy's blocks for the mystery BOM with Pamela.

Deb showing her hard work off.

Julie with a very festive apron she made for her friend.

Helen has made this reversible dress from pattern Lily by MoonShine

Christine with one of her blocks to make a Swoon quilt.

Here is the full circle.

And with the accent corners.

Christine's metro medallions.

Renata's Honeysweet Pinwheel Quilt.

Julie with her flannelette raggy quilt.

Happy Stitching! Kimz Team x
