Variety is the Spice of Life

It is without a doubt one of our most popular patterns from Kimz, "Roo's Abound" by From Rosie's Diary designer Pamela Jones.  

After a class on the jelly roll race, Pamela used the Cappuccino bali pop and felt that it needed something more.  She visualised kangaroo's bounding across the background and went to work.  Roo's Abound was created from there and has been much loved by many. 

It is always great to see ladies show us their take on a pattern and above we had a lady send us a picture of her horizontal version of Roo's Abound.  She made her quilt this shape as she wanted it to be a wall hanging in her house.

Above is a kiwi version of Roo's Abound for a customer who wanted to mix a little NZ in her quilt.
